![]() Jeremy Sciba There has never been one single time since I hired Jeremy that he’s not working. He is constantly improving different aspects of Capstone to make our services better. Jeremy is talented in working with people, in business development, and he loves the residents and has probably caught more fish, when out on adventure days, than any other staff. They say that a true fisherman is a liar about his fish but I have seen pictures of Capstone boys with over 90 fish from a one day trip. Jeremy, from the infrastructure perspective, is one of the reasons for Capstone’s level of professional excellence. I am glad he is on the team and I appreciate his work because it makes Capstone better. Sciba, pronounced “Sceeb-a”, is an avid outdoorsman, and a great dad and husband. He water skis and even has a picture of himself doing a flip on water skis. He loves fishing, woodworking, and duck hunting. Jeremy is married to Rachel, another guy who married way up, and is dad to Mason, Eva, and Case. Favorite Scripture: 1 Corinthians 13:11, “When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put childish ways behind me.”
